Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people

OPEN DAY Saturday 17 June  *  FAMILY FUN DAY Sunday 25 June

The New Eccles Hall School, an independent day and boarding school, is set in beautiful grounds in rural Norfolk in the heart of East Anglia. Eccles is a mainstream independent school for pupils aged 7-18; small enough to focus on the needs of the individual.

A College for Knowledge
– Our holistic approach brings the learning process alive and with carefully measured support, close relationships with experienced teachers in small classes, together with the commitment from the pupil, positive progress will be made.

We have a happy school environment. There is a sympathetic yet firm attitude towards discipline. We welcome young people into the school who are prepared to respond positively to the challenges they face in their learning and attend school each day with a real determination to succeed and to give of their best.

"We should see our creative capacities for the richness they are and see our children for the hope that they are and our task is to educate their whole being. Sir Ken Robinson

A website or a prospectus cannot wholly convey the unique atmosphere of our school or let you see for yourself the relationships between pupils and staff. This is why we urge you to come and visit the school. You will be made welcome.

Mr Rob Thornton, MA(Ed), Headmaster
